Lovely airport with 4 terminals. And best part is you can walk between them except T4. The security and immigration clearance were quite swift. You can use your mobile boarding pass and be in your way easily. I landed in T1 and checked in to Air Europa in T2. Though this mentioned they functions in both the terminal T1 and T2 but it looks like they use the T2 terminal predominantly. The Security check-in in T2 was smooth and efficient. It was quite quick as well. There are plenty of eateries and bakery in the terminal so you won’t go hungry. There are also ample charging points to charge your phone or laptop. So that’s one good thing. Quite a busy Airport serving South America and Europe. One more advantage what I found is that it’s the airport which serves both low cost, ultra low cost and conventional Airlines.

Nice airport, very busy but quick. Large airport with many terminals, but very well organized in terms of passenger control and traffic control. The immigration Ques can be long but they moved quickly between the arrivals and departures. The duty free area are huge, wonderful choices of the food and beverages. Most international flights use the terminal 4 satellite however this means additional 10-15 mins to your post security are inter terminal trains do run very busy. Brilliant connections to Europe and specially Latin America. Overall a job well done by team Madrid Airport!

A lively airport with its distinctive roof. The airport is ranked among busiest airports Europe as well in the world by number of passengers. Its massive size is like a small city with several shops, restaurants to serve passengers. There are 4 main terminals T1, T2, T3, and T4 connected by trains, moving escalators. There are many signs, electronic displays to help passengers navigate throughout the airport.

Extremely large and chaotic airport. Expect to walk 20-30 minutes at a brisk pace to get to your connecting flight. Prepare for a 30 minute voyage just to find the exit. The airport is huge. It helps that they have escalators, moving walkways, elevators, and quick trams. It is also extremely packed. It was a little stressful just being packed in like that in some of the areas. However, they were very efficient in customs and security. There were great food and shopping options throughout and plenty of vending machines for a quick snack or drink in between shopping centers.

A lot of walking from checking our luggage in to the terminal but a very clean airport with an abundance of food options. Security checkpoints move a good pace. They recommend showing up 2 hours before a international departure. American Airlines and Iberia Airlines staff were extremely helpful in sorting out our plane tickets.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
