Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros - rooms are clean and decently sized - comfortable bed - friendly and helpful staff - quiet room even facing the avenue Cons - they never refurnished the amenities - they only provided one small bottle or water, not really the industry standard for a 4* hotel. Otherwise tap water with an horrible taste or 2€ for a small one from the minibar - went twice to have breakfast at 7am and it was closed. How do you do when you are actually on business and you paid for breakfast?? - breakfast choice is okish. Rather limited for warm food - Internet wasn’t that fast

Overall good stay. Room was very nice and had everything we needed. Centrally located and a bus stop is right out front. Walking anywhere wasn’t too bad either. 2 miles generally. The AC is on a timer so it would shut off at night.

This hotel was a really disappointing stay. The location was great, but the room was not. Immediately upon entering the room we could smell a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like urine and mildew. I called down to the front desk to ask if someone could come clean it or if we could switch rooms. They sent someone up immediately, but they only sprayed their hotel signature scent room freshener all over the bathroom so then it smelled like a mix of that and urine. I called them again a few hours later letting them know the room still smelled foul and they sent another person up to spray the same scent again. I called again to let them know this was not a solution and they told me I could come down to the front desk before noon the following day. We had a tour planned early in the morning and could not do that. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to have rooms that smell like this or for their solution to be air fresheners when their bathrooms are old and dirty.

3 nights stay. Wouldn't say it was a value for money. Located at Diagonal street - 30min by walk to the sights. Mini markets - 5min. Metro - 10min. Bus stops just next around. Had room with minibalcony- liked it. Terrace up at the roof, was closed as it was winter, but opened to watch the new year fireworks for 20min and to have a glass of champagne. At reception was min conversation. Just like a bot - passports, signature, ur card as depo...so a bit...frozen as per 4-star hotel...didn't felt like I could approach easilly with some touristic questions for example. Room - looked clean. Bit old repaired. No fan in bathroom, so when showered all the steam was condensated and just drip and leak on the floor, so felt 'wet' air in the room all the time.. Liked that was provided with 'basics' like shower amenities, robes, normall hair dryer...although cosmеtics was сheap, so ladies, if u care of your hair buy in advance. Good window isolation - was lower floor but street sound didn't disturb. Cant say would book again. Total experience just ok, but far from 4star.

Beautiful and stylish rooms. The breakfast was really good (with natural juices) as well as the atmosphere that Monica and Moises are giving to the place. Always with a sincere smile and willing to help. I was there for almost a week and I felt 100% home. I will come back for sure! Muchas gracias!🥰

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
