Great location right by the river at a helicopter landing. Away from city noice (about 20 min walking). Excellent breakfast! English speaking stuff very helpful! Thank you for unexpected Birthday Present! Hopefully will see you again. PS. Even they have parking it’s very easy to find free street parking.

We started in a room facing west towards the back, which was functional and quiet. It got very warm in there in the afternoon however. We upgraded to a suite: Very nice and spacious, overlooking the front. Highly recommended! The staff was very nice and always helpful. The food in all off the hotel's venues was quite good, similar to most places that we ate in the city. The rooftop bar has the same menu as room service. It is very pleasant up there when it's not too hot. The location is not very close to the old city if one walks as much as we do, but it's manageable. It is somewhat centrally located between the old city and the coast north of the river. There is a tram stop across the street - also the tram museum and barn - which runs a very few miles east or west of the hotel, if you can get a seat. They tend to be crowded. Overall, this is a very decent lodging and we will come and stay here again.

This hotel is right on the river which makes getting around Porto a breeze. It’s about a 1.5 mile walk to the Ponte Luis bridge and most of the main attractions. In the other direction it’s about 2.5 miles to the beach. There’s public transportation in front of the hotel as well. They have a nice bar/restaurant and an extensive breakfast buffet. The staff are very professional and accommodating. The building itself is really cool too, it’s an old fish market. I recommend staying here if you’re visiting Porto and I definitely will stay here again if I go back.

Nice hotel in a calm district, just 20 minutes walking to a historical center of Porto. Clean room, comfortable bad, big bathroom. Cool rooftop terrace restaurant with a beautiful riverview. Friendly staff. The only bad thing - our room had "no any view at all" :-)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
