Hotel Vincci was every bit as charming, welcoming, cozy, comfortable and attractive as I was hoping. Our bedroom was not huge, but the design is done so cleverly that we felt like we had a generous sitting area. We spent a lot of time on one of the many couches downstairs drinking tea and reading books. We ate more lunches and dinners there than we expected to -- partly because we slept through almost every breakfast. The location was close to everything, and we walked and walked and ate our way happily through Madrid, stopping occasionally at a museum. The staff was charming and responsive. I highly recommend the Hotel Vincci!

The place is central. I located couple of my guests here and was able to look in the room and it was very beautiful. It has everything you might need and is looking luxury and modern. The girls and guys at reception ate very friendly and understanding. The location of the hotel is very central and close to Atocha train station! All in all is a perfect stay. It’s definitely money worth!

The hotel is very well situated. In an animated neighborhood, everything is a walking distance. The staff is cool and the rooms are greats and confortables. The price worth the stay. I highly recommend to book here.

This hotel was somewhat of a mixed bag for me. Location is great, you can easily walk to Madrid’s major sites, also there are nice restaurants around. Breakfast is great, big variety and good quality. The design of the restaurant is also very nice. We were given a room on the 1st floor and basically had a view of a wall 🤯. Service was rather slow when requested an iron. Check in and check out was efficient but there were several mistakes with the rate and if breakfast was included or not. Also didn’t feel staff was personable, overall service could be better for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is very nice. Booked a full on 6th floor. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. No balcony but nice view from the window. The front desk people were not very friendly. They never greeted us when we would approach and would just stare at us until we said something. The breakfast does not come included unless you purchase at booking. It was a nice breakfast but for the price, you are better off skipping it and finding a nice restaurant nearby and experiencing some delicious Madrid cuisine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
