Business trip to Madrid. Very close to Goya metro station, so we'll communicated. I had a comfortable room away from any noise. Bed comfortable, shower good. Tea, kettle, instant coffee to hand but no creamer! Check breakfast time beforehand. I only got half a buffet breakfast, as it was cleared away before I'd finished.

Price / Quality is not aligned. It’s a mix 3-star charging 5-star prices. Maybe I just got ripped off - you never know. Breakfast is great. You can order fried eggs. Fresh “real” orange juice and lots of other great options. The pre-cooked warm servings look horrible so I did not try them. Maybe I missed out.

Terrible service. I came to the hotel and was waiting 20 min just to get a room number where I am staying. There was just one guy servicing 6 people. The guy who was welcoming people did nothing asking me to wait. Could not check this basic information just about room number. Hotel like this and one person on the reception. I will not recommend experience. Not even close to 4 stat hotel. It is not nice treatment for the price I paid. You can get better service.

What a bad experience, first of all we arrived and got a slow service, it was already 3 and the room wasn’t ready yet. The room is terrible, dusty, dirty and lot of details… my laps is not working the smart tv either. The room service is not working, we must go by ourselves downstairs to get our own stuff, whenever we ask for something it’s not possible. The room keys NEVER work, we must go to the resection to ask for new ones everytime. We are deeply disappointed, we expected something better coming from a 4 star hotel, we are used to hotels and are really understanding but this is not ok…

Rooms not soundproof, but comfortable. Staff and breakfast buffet are great. Location is close to shopping and Metro and just minutes from everything Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
