My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast, included in the bed & breakfast deal, was a menu-only delight, with an impressive selection and unlimited options! I would rate it better than most restaurants that are serving breakfast! The room was spacious with a stunning Gran Via view, elegant wooden floors, and a comfortable bed with pristine white sheets and lots of pillows. The shower boasted strong water pressure and consistent hot temperatures. The lobby, thoughtfully decorated, featured fresh fruit water and candies, and overall a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On top of all - the friendly staff made the experience just perfect, ensuring a memorable stay. This hotel is definitely a gem in the heart of Madrid!

I don't know where to begin the review for such an amazing Hotel....But I will start with the room and leave the absolute best for last. The rooms are lovely, equipped with anything you could need. We we're lucky enough to have a superior room with a terrace and it was absolutely perfect, giving us a local experience overlooking the roof's of Madrid. Breakfast is delicious, with a lot of variety served til 2pm catering to every wish. The location doesn't need to be mentioned, it speaks for itself. Now the staff is what makes this hotel truly amazing and out of this world. We we're welcomed by assistant general manager Juan, charming, attentive and professional always available to assist. The girls and boys at the reception are truly pleasant Patricia, Claudia, Laura and Alejandra always have a smile on their faces, call you after check in to verify everything is alright and give great recommendations! The restaurant is spectacular, not only the food but the waiting staff make it so special, Andrea, Antonio and Hamza thank you so much for everything you guys are amazing!! Sorry if I didn't get to mention everyone but you all contributed to make our stay memorable. Thank you!

The service from front desk, servers, cleaning staff were all so friendly and helpful! Our room was large and inviting on the courtyard side as we like it-quiet and elegant comfort. It was my birthday and all day all staff wished me a happy birthday! Plus they sent a birthday cake to our room. If you are going to Madrid—we highly recommend the Hotel Vincci Mint! We will be back soon.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean- spotless actually. Nothing but positive accolades for this hotel. It’s stylish, has high market toiletries, and quality bedding/towels. The location is ideal. Again, could not be more impressed with the hotel. The staff were so helpful at any time. I was on the first floor overlooking Gran Via and slept peacefully- quiet, black out curtains, super AC! Highly recommend!

Great spacy rooms (we had a quiet one away from the main street), central location, great breakfast a la card, very attentive stuff - it was a great choice for discovering the city center. The rooftop is amazing, unfortunately it was closed as of November but will come back again and discover the rooftop!! ;)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
