This 4* hotel so far is the best one I have been in Madrid! The room has modern design, there is a kitle, two cups with lids, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. You have as well a panel to make a different light settings! The room as well as a bathroom is a decent size! In the bathroom you have two sinks, the bath is big! The view from the window is great! We got the one on the street but do not worry about the noise as the window had great sound protection. The staff is really nice and helpful! I guess it is the first hotel I really wat to go back!

Perfect location. Right at the Main Street. Close to shops, theaters, cinema , bus stop and underground. The terrace bar is very pretty, great view. We didn’t have any drinks as the bar was closed when we were there. We had a room that was street view and it wasn’t noisy when the windows were closed. Air conditioning worked fine. The only thing we would’ve appreciate would be a mirror in the bedroom. There was only one in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good

The hotel has a great location right on the Gran Via, very clean amenities and a friendly service. The rooms are well equipped, beds are very comfortable, a bath tub is available. The air conditioning could be more effective and more cooling. Also some basic hygienic equipment such as a toilet brush or q-tips were missing. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view over the Gran Via and the bar is modernly equipped and comfortable. Only service here is very slow, no waiter would show up even after 20mins and they didn’t take our order at the bar as well.

They ruined my vacation I had a room on the top floor and couldn’t sleep for 6 days. From around 8 in the morning till around 2 at night there is non stop noise from the roof. The service was bad and the quality of the food was very low. The good things are that the room was very big with a very big terrace and the location of the hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
