        Felt like we were the only ones there for most of our stay. Evidence of smoking in the hallway by the lift. Peculiar smell on third floor. You might need Google Translate if you have any non-obvious questions, but seemed like the staff wanted to help. Our room was a sea view, which also means it faces a busy room which is quite noisy. In this off season, this area is a ghost town. When there are enough people, breakfast is a buffet. When there is not, you have to pick your meal the night before and it wasn't great to be honest so we only went once.

        We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good (one day we had full range buffet, the other day they took orders in advance and the last day it was a slightly smaller buffet). Very nice view from the room and hotel is close to many restaurants. Would recommend!

        Stayed here for 12 nights and it was perfectly reasonable. Overall the staff were very nice (although English isn't widely spoken with Google Translate and some charades we generally understood each other), eager to please and welcoming. Arriving in the first week of October we were almost the only guests apart from the first weekend when there were several large groups and this meant that around halfway through our stay we were offered an upgrade to a seaview room (and if you're visiting Halong Bay then a seaview is a bonus) so that was nice. However there was a downside, the seaview rooms are at the front nearer the road so the room was noisy compared to our original room. Although some bookings sites say this hotel is 100m from the beach that's incorrect, it might be 100m to the coast (that's currently being built in to a marina but the beach is 15 minutes walk away (but it is a beautiful beach!) Another downside was the breakfast, our first morning it was a buffet with a good choice but the rest of our stay (due to the lack of guests) the buffet wasn't available and sometimes we got a couple of fried eggs, sometimes Pho, and sometimes a sandwich, some watermelon and coffee was also provided but after the buffet the first day the reduced choice, whilst understandable, was a bit disappointing. Generally the location is quite good, loads of restaurants within 1-10 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to Sun World, 15 minutes walk to the beach. Both rooms were very comfortable, air conditioning and showers all worked fine and the staff were nice and smiley. On our last afternoon one of the receptionists knocked on our door and presented us with a little cake and card thanking us for being their guests... (this was a first for us and we've stayed in a lot of hotels)! Another receptionist (she was the one who upgraded us) was very helpful and very patient with my attempts at communicating. If we're ever back in Halong then we'll definitely consider the Vincent Hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
