Very close to old town. Nice room, although shower left something to be desired... Lovely pool. No lift, so steps might be difficult to negotiate...

Lovely hotel smack bang in the centre of Hoi An. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a cold towel and fresh orange juice. The pool area is small but perfectly formed and has the iconic paper lanterns scattered around it. The staff are super friendly, even turning on the fan if they see a guest is too hot in the reception area. The laundry service is fast and reliable. The beds were very comfortable, room very clean and the air conditioning was perfect after spending a few hours in the sun. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on this but I am sure it's as lovely as the rest of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.

The rooms were good size and the balconies out to the city streets are nice there was a bit of mold in some corners (and could smell this in some rooms). The showers were good, but privacy in one bathroom required blind to be lowered (which needed maintenance). Staff were lovely both friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, but a little small for number of guests (we were definitely there at peak time though).

The staff were extremely attentive to all of our needs. When we asked about changing our airline flight, the receptionist called the airline to help us. Every time we left and walked into the hotel, we were greeted with a smile. The breakfast service was delicious. They served a variety of fruits, crepes, and made fresh omelettes. The room was small, but filled with all the amenities needed and still felt luxurious. The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool that is placed in the center of the hotel. There are some rooms that have a view of the pool and others with the view of the street. The location of Vinh Hung is super convenient! I'd recommend the hotel simply for the proximity of the hotel to the ancient town. If you cross the street, you'll be there.

Pleasant boutique hotel. Wish I could give 4.5 rating. Great breakfast but needs yogurt and more types of fruit. Nice staff. Pool gets shaded early as hotel is narrow and surrounds it. Clean and comfortable. Shower had no curtain and splashed everywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
