DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A MOLD ALLERGY. We booked 4 nights here and were looking forward to staying here because it looked great in photos. We stayed here one night and I was coughing all night because of the mold and so was my daughter. The next day we asked to cancel and they refused and were so unreasonable about it. I told them that I’d be happy to pay any commission they are losing as a result of our cancellation but they still insisted on charging us the full stay and their reasoning was that they have many guests who don’t have a problem even though I explained that I am having breathing issues, but according to them it’s not their problem but mine. There was no sense of hospitality and instead the manager kept saying we had to find a solution, which involved us paying most of our stay. The staff are so nice and the grounds are nice. The breakfast is very middling and the rooms are very old and musty and moldy. I would not stay again and am telling everyone not to come. They also charge for the minibar which no other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam did. We visited several hotels to find an alternative and they all knew this hotel and knew they were very old and in disrepair. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON THE SITES.

We spent 8 nights at this resort and we really enjoyed our stay! 💖 - The amazing cleaning team that made my 5 years old daughter happy every day with a little charming animal ❤️ - When the A/C made so much noise, they immediately offered us to sleep in another room and got the A/C change early morning next day. - The service and food at the restaurant were fantastic. We ended up eating here more than going out. We will definitely choose to stay here again whenever we visit Hội An!🫶

Came across this resort by accident as a walk in and couldn't have been happier. We had a pool view room, ground floor and just steps away from the marvellous pool area. A short walk to the weekend night markets on this side of the river and plenty of places to eat and drink without having to cross the river into Old Town. Lovely afternoon tea of local foods freshly cooked each afternoon on the lawn, included in room price. I would definitely recommend to visitors to Hoi An. Only down side was that the bed could have been a bit softer, but that is just my preference.

This is a great place to stay. Very close to everything. Staff were fantastic. Palm,Quoc,Hong, Peter, tung and all the others couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was great and the meals had there were good. Draught beer 🍺 was cold. Pools were good but could have some shade over them. Mattresses in the rooms could have a soft topper put on them but overall the room was great. We will return to this hotel on our next visit.

Very well located near the Old City, this resort has everything within walking distance. The rooms are a good size, with seated balconies overlooking the pool. The grounds are very well maintained, and the view out over the river is great. Finally, the staff are fantastic. From the moment you arrive to crossing paths on the grounds, they are exceptionally polite and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
