Big swimming pool, decent size room with enough amenities. No gym or though. 5 mins walk from bus stop. Overall, pleasant experience staying with them. Will definitely recommend.

Nice 3 star hotel with a large pool. Our experience so fast after 2 nights. On the second day there was no room clean-up. Although we left the room before 9am and left the "please make up room" sign at the door. Tonight we went to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was good and when paying, we were told that couldn't sign the bill to the room and had to pay as we were leaving the restaurant. That was a first for me... After staying in hundreds of hotels all around the world. The hotel staff tried to smile and apologize for the shortcomings of the hotel management, that clearly could do with several improvements...

Hotel was nice, however, my stay was ruined due to being put in a very dusty room, I suffered from bad allergies (itchy skin and eyes and constant sneezing when inside the room), I asked them to clean the room while we were at breakfast(around 1 hour), explaining that the dust was causing my allergies to flare and no one had come, when they did come the dust was not properly cleaned, the floor still felt dusty and our bedding was dusty too as if the room hadn’t been used and recleaned in a while. The pillows were also terribly hollow and they only gave one per person (they did give us extra when we asked). The shower head is very awkwardly placed and hard to have a comfortable shower. The pool is very nice and the breakfast options were decent. Probably won’t stay again as it wasn’t pleasant having allergies in the room.

My worst stay in a month-long trip around Vietnam. Staff was consistently apathetic, they seemed as they didn't want to be there, and at some points plainly rude. This is a serious downgrade compared to the high standards of hospitality in Vietnam. The place feels empty, eerie and even like a liminal space. Hard bed with very thin pillows and stained sheets. I asked the staff for more pillows twice to compensate and they never brought them. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.

Nice, clean hotel, great location inside Grand World, the public beach is also great and just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as in similar hotels on the island we've been before. Even though this hotel is very similar to the neighboring hotel "Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc", we didn't like this hotel as much. The slightly lower price compared to the neighboring hotel is not worth it in my opinion, we would prefer to stay in the neighboring hotel in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
