Vinpearl Phú Quốc is a nice establishment with good amenities and great hospitality. However, our villa was not well prepared upon our arrival, ie. floor and counter were very dusty. Water pressure on the upper floor is extremely weak if water is being used downstairs. Upon calling reception though, the staff came swiftly to clean everything up. Our package includes all you can eat breakfast, which offered a variety of western and Vietnamese food. Staff is extremely professional and courteous. We also visited the kids club, which is located in the main building called 'The Delight'. Kids club is clean and offers many paid arts and crafts activities. The private beach is absolutely amazing. Clear water, clean, and we can see fishes while swimming.

I am very satisfied with my hotel stay this time. All the waiters in the hotel are very polite. All the waiters smile and greet the guests, including the restaurant waiters and hotel shuttle drivers. They have a very good service attitude and are very friendly. I am very satisfied with this time. Very satisfied with the hotel service. However, I have some regrets because the airline has few flights and a lukewarm service attitude. I hope it will improve in the future.

Excellent place to take the break after long year work. Natural place with very quiet for relax, the lobby here for eating so delicious and have alot of foods that we can enjoy to eat. We spent 8 nights here with 3 meals each day but every single meal We always enjoyed with foods and staffs services here. This is second time We came this place as last year and this year. And definitely We will return this place for next year of our holiday

everything was perfect. breakfast was really delicious, room was very clean and wonderful. especially, the service of employees was so great that i was moved by them. every employees were so kind. they have done every task i asked them very perfect. it was a great pleasure staying vinpearl discovery wonderland. thank you for great exprience!

Had a great stay with family during the new year. The location is good, and the entire resort is very well-maintained. Villas are a bit old, but that didn't affect the comfort. All the rooms were very cosy. The beach nearby is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
