A very nice hotel in downtown Reykjavik. A recommendation would be to book the day before you arrive to ensure you can get in when you arrive. We started our reservation the day we arrived and didn't realize that we would have 7 hours to kill before we could get in our room. Totally our fault! But the staff were so nice and showed us where to store our luggage. It is in the basement underneath the steps so if you are uncomfortable leaving your bags, book the day before you arrive too! The front door has a keypad with a code to allow access as there is no front desk. The room was clean and warm, there was a TV and all the hot water you could want. My favorite part was the towel warmer in the bathroom. It is in walking distance of everything including grocery stores. There is a kitchenette stocked as well. All in all a delightful place to stay!

A ⭐⭐⭐ was considered because the first floor units with only single glazed windows, expose you to a lot of street noise late in to the night with people out partying all nights of the week and early in the morning with municipality services getting ready for the day. If you are coming to Reykjavik to party late yourself it won't bother you but otherwise it's worth noting. An upgrade to better insulated windows would surely make a big difference. The rest is lovely. Well appointed, clean, self contained unit with a small kitchenette. The water pressure is excellent 👌🏻 The location is also great with lots to do and see in the area.

The management of this accommodation communicated from start to finish really well. From how to get here, to the parking, surrounding attractions etc, wasn't expecting that. The apartment looks nice and has everything you could want - kettle, toaster, cooker, coffee maker, dish washer and dishes etc. The location is also great and you'll get great value for your money, highly recommended.
