Vintry and Mercer is a gem in London's hospitality scene! The staff's warmth and attentiveness truly set a new standard. Their eagerness to assist, from seamless luggage storage to ensuring our bags made it to our room before check-in, made our stay stress-free and enjoyable from the start. The thoughtful layout of the two adjoining rooms with a shared lobby is a stroke of genius – it added an extra layer of comfort and privacy, making our stay feel like a personalized experience. The complimentary mini fridge was a delightful touch, especially for accommodating the needs of the kids. And the in-room facilities, from plush robes to cozy slippers, exemplified attention to detail. The hotel's decor is stunning and meticulously maintained, creating a welcoming and elegant ambiance throughout. Cleanliness was impeccable, reaffirming their commitment to providing a top-notch experience. Vintry and Mercer, with its exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail, is an absolute standout in the London hotel scene!

This is a fabulous boutique hotel. The service was incredible. The rooms were beautiful and very carefully decorated. The ambience was just delicious. Everything in the mini bar (soda, water, juice, etc) had an unlimited and free refill. Everything was done tastefully. Such a wonderful hotel and somethibg tells me this will be a permanent fixture for me in the future. What would I change? The location is nice but certainly not the busiest place. But for me I'd say this works just fine. The price was unbeatable and the rating is very sell deserved

Lovely hotel near numerous tube stations and lines, which makes getting around to different parts of the city so easy. We stayed for two nice and the service and facilities were exceptional. View from the rooftop restaurant was beautiful and would definitely stay again!

This five-star hotel indeed deserves a five-star, amazing room with an exceptional service. The room was cosy with an antique look. Comfy beds and great shower. All in-room gadgets were perfect, from makeup removal wipes to loofah, vanity kit, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. A fully stacked mini bar with multiple choices of drinks free of charge. Great room service and very, very clean rooms. The only thing I did not like was that the breakfast was based on a menu, and I was a huge fan of a breakfast buffet. And it seems slightly overpiced. Tgey alao have a rooftop reaturant and a cocktail bar. Overall highly recommended hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
