Good location. At the back got 3 limited car parking so do come early to park your car. Aircond cold, pillow and bed was comfortable enough to sleep. Overall room is ok and fit the price.

The room is clean but old. Most rooms don’t have windows, at least that was the case for hour deluxe room. There was no toilette paper and no towels. However, we asked the person at the front desk, and we got them. The bathroom looks dirty cause of the soap scum stains on the tiles, but it was clean. I think they only have 3 car parking in the back, so it is first comes and first served basis. Overall, it is good for one night if you don’t spend more that 100/120 RM for the night.

budget hotel with great location to eatery, place of interest. all within walking instant cant expect much of t room. water pressure good. with hot shower. clean floor. air con cold enough. small room enough for solo traveller. provide electric water jug n hair dryer..

This place is old and not very well maintained. No housekeeping either. We had 5 people staying in the two bedroom suite for 4 days and had to bring our garbage out and request for toilet paper every day. There are also not enough hooks to fry our bath towels. No hand towel, floor mat nor face towel given. We just had to make do. Toilet flush was weak and broken twice during our stay.

I will say this is a budget hotel but as is right next to Jonker Street and the river. so the room price is consider fair and acceptable. We booked a room with two Queen size beds at RM190. The bed is comfy, air conditioning is cold.. water heater for shower is hot enough. However there is no tower provided so you have to bring your own tower. Basically the toilet only provide shampoo so you need to bring everything else yourself. There are three parking at the back of the hotel which is on first come first serve basis.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
