I spent 2 superb weeks there thanks to the kindness and availability of the owners. Cleaning is done every 2 days and sheets changed every 4 days. Anti-mosquito product provided by them. Very beautiful villa and ideally located, quiet and with all amenities nearby. It is possible to go shopping on foot. If there is the slightest problem, the owners are immediately available and find a solution. They even took care of our lost suitcase at the airport. She was waiting for us 3 days later at the villa. The villa is very nice, big and spacious. The location is quite convenient, everything is nearby, including shops and cafes, but only if you go to the beach, it will be a bit far on foot in the heat. Grab your bikes and go. The kitchen had everything you needed. The pool is clean and in excellent condition. Everything works, everything is fine. Cleaning was done every day, a crowd of thieves came and cleaned up. Now about the minuses, or rather there is only one, the one that spoiled the overall excellent impression of the villa - the calculation of electricity and its consumption. You must be careful when booking - electricity is paid separately by meter at 6 baht per kW. At the same time, for consumers, everything is turned on for you simply to the maximum, on purpose: of course, air conditioners, you can’t do without them, but they only worked while we were in the villa, and that was at night, and even then they turned it off in the morning. The first floor is not inhabited and we did not use it, but the refrigerator was working there all the time. Next, the biggest consumer is the water purification system in the pool, the compressor motor there is such that mother, don’t worry! There is also a leak in the water supply system and the pumping station builds up pressure every 5 minutes, wasting your money. We turned off the cleaning system on the second day, when we calculated the consumption for the first night and were shocked. For 5 nights of stay we paid 1700 baht for electricity! We believe that the total cost of renting a villa plus electricity is already more expensive than it would be possible to get a similar one somewhere nearby. Last year we lived 200 meters further down the street and no questions arose about paying for electricity, everything was already included in the rent (within acceptable limits, which we more than fit into), although there was a swimming pool of such and such a size. In general, everything is good except for this nuance. Also, the air conditioners are a little loud.
