        The hotel has spacious rooms, however the furniture is old and outdated. The large bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together, which was not comfortable. The air conditioning did not work well. which made for some very uncomfortable nights during the summer. Also, more towels could have been provided (only one per person was provided). The hotel itself isn’t in the best location, but about a 10 minute walk to metro or bus lines. I found it weird that city taxes weren’t included in our online booking, but rather at check in. Breakfast left much to be desired, and is not included unless specified on your reservation. You can get it for 8 euros/ person. However at that price, there are plenty of better breakfast alternatives nearby.

        This is not definitely 4 star aparthotel. Rooms are very old require a complete change over. Furniture and carpet are so old that looks dirty, even tough cleaners do they work well. TV limited to local channels. Lack of kitchen appliances and fridge very small. Those aparthotel are not friendly for family stay and is not cost/benefit at all, very expense with poor quality. So, do not be fool with beautiful hotel pictures, they are very far away from reality. Only one positive note good reception attendance.

        Staff is nice, place looks clean but hotel quality can improve. Decoration is poor, television with very few channels with no music channels for example, not possible to plug eletronic machine at the bath for streight the hair etc, not possible to plug the phone charger near the bed, breakfast does not have much quality too.

        Some of my cabinets and drawers were broken. My bathroom sink tap was also broken and would come out everytime I try to turn on the tap. It has nice amenities like spoons and forks, a microwave, a water kettle, and a stove. It was ok. If it wasn't for the broken stuff in my room it would be great

        Very good place in a good location in Lisbon. The rooms are very nice and big, it has a lounge zone with tv and all necessary, the kitchen is small but right, the bathroom is good. All is very clean and right, the service is very kindly and the building is very good looking, including lobby and bar.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
