Room is pretty small, only reason for taking one star off and breakfast isn't included. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Housekeeping comes daily which gives the room a nice refresh. The location is great because it's close to 2 metro stations depending on where you're going. We stopped at the Aldi nearby in the mornings for breakfast.

What a fantastic place to stay if you are in Lisbon, really lovely staff, amazing breakfasts and peace and quiet after a long day discovering this beautiful city. 5 minutes walk from Parque metro, and Picoas metro, Aldi almost next door. Few nice restaurants nearby and feels really safe to walk about the area any time of day. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and well worth paying around £10 for all you can eat continental breakfast to fuel you up before a day of exploration. 5/5 for the staff who made me feel welcome immediately... Its just such a cool place and I can't recommend it enough!

5 STAR REVIEW!! Thank you to the staff and management at the VIP Executive Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. From the moment you step in the hotel you feel like you are #1. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are clean and well appointed, the breakfast is delicious with options for all taste. We cannot say enough great things about our stay, thank you!!

Definitely stay here. I came from New Jersey and they were very friendly. Unfortunately I could not check in before 2pm, but they had us in the waiting room. The room was Clean, the shower pressure is amazing. The location is to die for. Aldi food store next door, next to the Eduardo park with beautiful monuments, and a parking garage. I highly recommend

The staff are great and helpful. They are friendly, it’s a safe neighborhood! The room is a bit small but overall is great! The tub however the water doesn’t go down and also is very dark in the bathroom. The end of the bed sheet is dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
