Brilliant new apartment. I am here for work travel. The apartment has everything I need and is newly fitted out with all you could need (aside from a coffee machine). Excellent value for money. The location is a little out of the way, it will take you 25-30 min to get into central Budapest to see the city. But if you preference a comfortable and well equipped apartment for an affordable price this is the perfect option for you. The surrounding area is full of new builds isnt very charming and there is nothing touristy to do here. Although the services near by are very handy (supermarket, food outlets, shopping center). The immediate area seems safe, although surrounds seem less so.

I made a reservation through airbnb for the period November 30 - December 2, coming from Romania. I arrived at the accommodation unit at 10:00. In the reservation it is mentioned that check in can be done starting at 15:00. Nevertheless, we decided to call, during which we were told to come at 3:00 p.m. We went to the reception at 15:00, and the person there gave us to fill in the accommodation form, while he looked for the reservation in the computer system. He told us that we had no reservation and took the accommodation sheet and crumpled it up. I told him that I called and talked to him, I called the same number, the phone started ringing in front of him. In the end, he only found the confirmation email, not the reservation. I called airbnb who contacted the people at the accommodation unit who said they were fully booked, but found us an apartment with a partner of theirs. Throughout the discussion, the person at the reception displayed a hostile, unhelpful behavior. He told us that we can leave our luggage and go for a walk until he finds a solution to the problem also created by them in the conditions where it was raining outside and we were already wet.

Vision apartments are very hard with cancelation policy and waiver of cancellation fees it cost considerable amount of money I came to Budapest and tried to take an appointment with the management and they gave a reason that is not acceptable still feel that clients are not important

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, the apartment was nice, but it can use some improvement, the little towel in the toilet was dirty with brown stains, the apartment could use some more glasses, and also some coffee to welcome the guests, the apartment has a coffee machine but no capsules for it. Other than that the apartment is at a good location, its nice and good, but it can use some little improvements. Also the reception is a bit hard to get to :)

There is room for them to improve. Only two hangers and three chairs in an apartment advertised for 4 persons. Need to request for more as we were a party of 4. No wardrobe nor shelf in one of the room. Not even hangers to hang our jackets......

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
