If you want to get depressed during your stay in Zurich please book this apartment. We basically paid almost 4000 francs to live in a bunker for a month. No air ventilation whatsoever, the heat is unbearable. No wifi for a week. Walls are dirty. They haven’t clean underneath the bed for years, it’s disgusting. The area is very shady. Overall it is the worst experience i have ever had. We wrote customer service many times and guess what NO response :) a freaking nightmare.

Good location on bus and train routes 20 minutes from downtown. Large rooms and nice little kitchen. Some cooking odors in the hallways. No front desk. Dangerously low lighting in the hallways. Free laundry although only 2 machines.

Misserable apartment with broken and dirty walls. Some lights are hanging in wires from the ceiling, horrible internet like in other visionapartments where i stayed in or near Zurich. Door knobs broken and other stuff was reported in the 1st day but after almost 2 weeks of stay nobody came to repair or do something. Broken soap dispenser etc...i am tired of calling them about wifi issues, i would have understood if we were in philipines on an island...but in Switzerland?...the service is awfull, stay away from this chain. And yeah the laundry has 2 washing machines for the whole building...imagine that. No ventilation in the apartment Too bad that i cant give it a 0 star rating

Horrible apartment, dirty, foul smell. The heat was unbearable, not that you could get any sleep anyway given the noise coming from the shady area in which it is located.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
