Stayed here for 4 nights with three adults. Was a little on the small side, but it got the job done. I would have liked there to be complimentary coffee. Nearest parking garage is about a ten minute walk. Street has free parking at night.

For the price that we paid it had many issues. It was dirty filled with spiders and spiderwebs. They wanted to charged you for everything. I was traveling and working and the wifi was terrible, I couldn’t work the whole stay. The room was really warm and there was not air conditioning so we had to ask for an extra fan. The room was also very humid since there was no air besides a window which we could only open at night. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and I wouldn’t come back

I've never walked into a place and gagged. It was so hot and it stunk so bad, I immediately opened all the windows and put a fan on. There is a half step into every room that is a horrible tripping hazard. Only a glass partition between the bedroom in the living room. And no door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. My dad and I could not stay, it was the most uncomfortable apartment and we aren't the picky type. We got another apartment for the same price that was a million times better. They would not refund us even though the apartment stunk and was so hot, we were there for 15 minutes. Please do not get stuck here, it will ruin your stay. Stay in old town, near the water. Vision apartments are a 'modern' nightmare.

Really nice place, very well maintained and have all facilities including full-fledged kitchen, dishwasher and Washing machine. Perfect if you are here for work trip or longer stay. It's at the city centre yet tucked away in a quite neighborhood, just 2 mins walk from tube and tram and 15 from the central station. Will keep coming back again and again Highly recommend

Despite of the fact that pets are allowed in this place, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone travelling with animals. Cleaning staff is afraid of cats and I can't even imagine what could have happened if I wasn't there while cleaning the room... Judging by staff's behaviour - I would probably lose my pets. What is more, building is constructed in a way that we could hear people talking next door. The window view from our apartment was also terrible - looking into neighbour's room wasn't pleasant. As well as the lack of the sun was. The only advantage of VA is its location - good access to public transport and city center.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
