The room was dirty and very smelly (burnt smell). It looked nothing like the pictures, much more smaller. Half of the appliances were broken such as toilet paper holder, the doorknob broken (have to try 3-4 times to enter the room and also opens itself during the night ?!). The shower head is hung at 2 meters from the ground which is not possible to grab when you are small. Even the halls were dirty all the time, even though the cleaning people passed there everyday - they would not care to clean it. Also, you will be waken up by the cleaning people at 9am cause they clean rooms with music out loud and shouting on phone calls as well.

The apartment is too hot. It's August and is Zurich: that means there is no air conditioner in the building and is hot..but the window is very small and there is no ventilation at all, it's like being in a oven at night, and is not possible to sleep at all (and we are Latinos, used to the hot). Cleaning was not perfect: spiderweb on the ceiling. The corredor was having a very bad smell but luckily didn't reach the apartment. Internet is horrible.. there is no packet loss, but it's very unstable for a UPC cable connection, and taking minutes to reach the 100Mb speed (it starts with a 1Mb and go up slowly and dropping from time to time): this lead to impossible to work. Avoid this apartment at all if you are staying longer that a weekend or if you consider to work from here. The location is however quiet, apartment is very bright and furnished with a small kitchen. Showers works perfectly. Bed has still using bedsprings and having noises all the time.. There are 10 laundry and dryer machines, at least that is positive. Customer service try to help, but I bet they have some limits since they reply from...Poland...

I've never walked into a place and gagged. It was so hot and it stunk so bad, I immediately opened all the windows and put a fan on. There is a half step into every room that is a horrible tripping hazard. Only a glass partition between the bedroom in the living room. And no door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. My dad and I could not stay, it was the most uncomfortable apartment and we aren't the picky type. We got another apartment for the same price that was a million times better. They would not refund us even though the apartment stunk and was so hot, we were there for 15 minutes. Please do not get stuck here, it will ruin your stay. Stay in old town, near the water. Vision apartments are a 'modern' nightmare.

The location is good, right next to a train station which is well connected to Zurich central station. Room was spacious and clean. We got the top floor so view was pretty good. Air cooler was provided which helps in summers. Kitchen utensils were provided but you will have to get your own groceries; even for things like salt. There is no reception but we could chat online and get any queries clarified. We received response within few hours. Overall pretty good stay.

The apart hotel is conveniently located 2 stops from the Zurich HB station. The railway station is located right next it. The mini apartment I booked was compact but clean. there’s was an attach kitchen and a padestal fan available. The room was quiet. There were a complete list of accessories available at the door. The access code takes until last minute to arrive through email and is only valid from 14:00 Zurich time till 10:00am checkout date. This was my first time staying at a contact less hotel so the check in was quite bothersome with no staff or assistance available. There’s no housekeeping staff present so if you’re in for a longer stay you need to keep things clean yourself. Only 3 sets of towel were available to use for 3 nights stay of two persons. All in all I was satisfied for the price I paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
