We stayed one night. Short walk to Tooth Relic Temple, Lake and Kandy City Center. The owner and staff are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Few more things to improve. A desk and chair in the room. if tea making facility in the room that would be great.

Good place to stay. The touristic center of Kandy is within a 10 minutes walk. The room was ok with AC and mosquito net, but the room charge was pretty low. Sometimes it could get a little bit louder because the children were playing in the upper floor but typically you would not spend much time on the room.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! We the shenoys with our family friends from mumbai spent 2 nights there in November. The owner mr. Prasanna and his wife aloma were very courteous and took good care of us and their cook made excellent string hoppers with chutney. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Blindly recommend this homestay for booking without thinking. They recommended 'tilakavardhana' store which we found really good for shopping.... would highly recommend the store for shopping.

Pranobaa Homestay is located in Kandy, 400 m from Sri Dalada Maligawa and 400 m from Kandy Museum. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. Kandy City Center Shopping Mall is 400 m from Pranobaa Homestay, while Bogambara Stadium is 500 m away. Bandaranaike International Airport is 84 km from the property. This is our guests' favourite part of Kandy, according to independent reviews.

Nice place to stay with amazing wiev to lake. Walking distance to city center, bus and train stations. Stuff is really nice and kind. They welcomed us with a cup of tea and suggested local interesting activities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
