I stayed in that hostel in a double bed room. The room is small, but nice. The little balcony is very cute. Unfortunately, there is no space to hang or put your clothes. The bathrooms are not very spacious, but clean. The breakfast was fine. The location of the hostel is great and it was perfect for a short trip to Lisbon. But, and that’s a big one, unfortunately our room was infested with bed bugs. After 3 night we were covered in itching bites and when we arrived back home, we had to wash and freeze all our clothes. When bringing this to the staff‘s attention, we were refunded 1 night, which of course was nice. But regarding the mental, physical and financial struggles (e.g. Laundromat) we had, I really wished for a higher refund. All in all, this really impacted our stay.

After reading some of the reviews, I had concerns about this hostel and the cleanliness, but unnecessarily. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was basic but there is always something to eat. Bathrooms in the evening or in the morning actually a little dirty, but this is normal in a hostel in my opinion. Staff and location super. The only downside, on the 5th floor there were problems with electricity and every now and then blew the plugs which was a little inconvenient. Overall I would recommend

For the price, it is very good hostel, great location. Each room is equipped with a porches to seat and enjoy the evening. Moreover there is a small yet satisfying breakfast including in the price and a coffee machine to use. You can also bring yourself food and to make yourselves sandwiches, toast and use the microwave. However you cannot cook. The staff are extremely nice and friendly and have very useful ideas and knowledge. The front desk is 24/7 . I've slept in the shared dormitory and foor my opinion it should be cleaned more often. But If you have couple of days in lisbon I do recommend this place to stay.

Good location. Unprofessional management system by papers, handwriting, notebooks and excel, tons of emails and got confused in multiple platforms…Actually, I got some payment troubles and booking-related problems (missing one night (my fault), number of guests, single/double room), BUT very friendly staff proposing flexible solutions ^^ Room was fine, a bit high with that price (but very good location so… ok!) Quite recommend!

The hostel is cheap, well located and the staff are relatively helpful. However, the facilities are outdated and the beds do not have curtains or guard rails, making me feel unsafe to sleep in. The environment was unhygienic, with flying insects and smells. The cups used had residue to the touch and the staff did not clean them twice. I hope this can be improved.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
