We had a great time, everything was perfect, the staff is friendly and professional, the food is good and affordable, the location makes it easier to reach any attractions, quiet area. The SPA is a big plus and the cleanliness of the hotel is always on point. I strongly recommend you to choose Vital Hotel Fulya.

If you are not Turkish this is not a place you want to stay. Spa staff is extremely racist and the “nurse” Asli, that works at the hotel needs a psych evaluation. When I went to book a hammam one of the days the lady asked me if I was Turkish, I answered no, and after that she went ahead and told me the reservations were booked. The hallways always smelt so bad, the staff are mostly nasty excluding one or two, they are very unprofessional and honestly just nasty. If your choice is between this hotel or sleeping in your car you should choose the car.

Amazing staff members, extremely kind, attentive and friendly. They make sure everything is as you would like and expect no matter if we are talking about the receptionists, waiters, spa workers, drivers, etc. The food is incredibly good. The prices in the restaurant and cafe are great. Yaşar, Emir and Ceyhun are the best waiters you could hope for. They are very professional and it is a pleasure to talk to them. The hotel looks exquisite. It is incredibly clean everywhere, the aesthetic is beautiful.The location of the hotel makes it easy to get to any place you want to vosit. Fully recommending this hotel.

Very comfortable, quite and clean room. I stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay as the most important aspect of travelling is when you get back to the hotel it should be clean quite and gives you relaxing experience. Restaurant is 24 hours and cater all your needs. Fabulous dedicated staff who can easily communicate in English. Location is good for medical tourism but a little far for rest of the stuff. They have 9.2 rating from booking .com. All in all a great place to stay with family and for business.

Best. Hotel. Ever. The wine that you get with room service is a mini bottle not a full bottle. Just keep that in mind. Great service and it has a verrrry cool spa downstairs that has a free to use jacuzzi, sauna, shock shower, and steam room

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
