Our experience with Vitium started off on the wrong foot. We had decided to expand our reservation, originally made for one day, and let me tell you, we attempted it FOUR times in FOUR seperate calls, all made to the same unhelpful receptionist, and we ended up not extending the whole thing. Every time we called, we got the same receptionist telling us to call her back in half an hour because she's got people in reception. What kind of employee blatantly tells a potential client to call back later because they're busy? And mind you, she did that FOUR times. The fourth time, I had it with her because the third time I called, she was, yet again, busy, and told me to think about the rates and to call her back again. The fourth time I called, she informed me that there were no longer any rooms available and that she could only offer me a suite, at more than double the price. Vitium Urban Suites, you need to check your employees because that's completely unacceptable. Moving on from that, the location is perfection, couldn't ask for a better one, but we asked for a front view of the street and all we got was a back room with a view of the back alleys, and the rooms themselves had a hotel quality to them, even if the entrance to the Suites and the building gave off hostel vibes. The price was good for its location, and that's basically all I can say about it. If it hadn't been for that receptionist, this place would have gotten at least a 4.5 rating out of me.

The pictures in the internet will attract you more than the actual place! The location is great, it's on Grand Via. The entrance of the hotel smells horrible. The hotel it self does not smell good. The rooms are ok! Not 100% clean. The front desk close at 23:00 and you will have additional key for the main entrance! I will recommend it for who's visiting for 1 day only. Otherwise I don't recommend it.

I had a flight delay and made it to the hotel reception at 11:30pm. The receptionist was ready to leave, but she was amazing and checked me in, walked me to the room, etc. The rooms were clean (I stayed there on 2 different occasions) and spacious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
