Amazing place. The owners are super nice and helpful. The apartment is nicely renovated and the view is just amazing. Its excellently located - 5 minutes from public parking, 5 minutes from the very center of the city and (most important) - 5 minutes from one of the best nata places in city! Please note that there is no elevator in the building, but if it’s not a problem for you - go for it.

Comfortable and IKEA equipped rooms with beautiful views of the river and the skyline. Near many good eateries. Our hosts were warm and gave us good directions about places that we must visit.

Such an amazing stay at Vitoria's Terrace Apartments - not a bad word to say. Firstly the owners are just brilliant, upon arrival we were recommended some places to visit - historical, restaurants, bars etc. We found this very helpful as it was our first time in Porto. We were also given a bottle of local Porto wine for our stay which was very kind. She then sent us a list of links to her favourite places across the city, of which we visited a few and they were fabulous. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all the amenities you'd need. A beautiful old building converted into a more modern living space whilst keeping the nice original touches. In the perfect location too - just as short walk to the river in one direction or the main town the other way. We were also greeted by a little bag of some playing cards and Pastel de nata's, from a local bakery, hanging on our door handle on the second day of our stay. It's the little things like this that made our stay so special. Overall, a 5+ star stay and we couldn't recommend it anymore. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is modern, clean and perfectly situated in the centre of Porto (all the best attractions are less than 10 minutes to walk). The hosts are excellent and knowledgeable about the city - providing recommendations for wine tasting and throw in wonderful treats too - a local bottle of wine, pastel de natas. Would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is located in the centre of the old town. Walking distance to most attractions. Rita, the host here is super helpful and friendly. Once i got into the room, it is full of surprises. Didn't expect an old building since 19th century has been renovated into this beautiful room. Very quiet and bright! Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
