        We arrived late at night and thankfully could get a room on a long weekend of the holidays. We instantly regretted our decision when we were kept up till 3/4am by the lady in charge and I assume other guests. They were talking so loudly and there is no sound proofing so it’s impossible to sleep. And I’m not joking when I say this women did not stop talking the entire time we were there (2 nights) and extremely loudly!!!!! We also were woken multiple times both nights from the door bell or people banging on the door waiting for her to open it. We had to open the door for complete strangers multiple times and all during the night (one time someone was banging for 20 minutes at 5am). Initially she was quite welcoming and nice however after that she wasn’t and either were the staff working for her. Not once did they even say a word to me or smile when I said good morning. Horrible place.

        Terrible predisposition for everything!!, the lady “In charge”. Terrible attention and attitude to treat people you don't know and who are passing through the hostel. There are not the necessary implements to provide adequate comfort that it should have. It was not clean, terrible. And not to mention the price... DON'T GO!

        My reservation was not taken, even when I reconfirmed I saw WhatsApp, I was lucky that there was space. The lady in charge disrespected me and spoke to me in a very bad way. The location is very convenient but the neighborhood is not pleasant or safe. Noisy wooden floor, hot water until late, slow Wifi, no reception always. I was out all day, I only came back to sleep and I still witnessed a robbery situation and the mistreatment of another guest. Do not use the kitchen but it has an extraction hood for odors.

        We are a couple without great pretensions, a regular place to sleep and shower would have been enough. However, we found a lot of bad disposition, a very uncomfortable space and dirty bathrooms. About the very bad predisposition to attention. Upon arrival they made us wait to check in for more than 1 hour. When we started to check in, people started arriving and they were attended to before us who were in the process of entering. When we asked the receptionist to please finish the procedure before other people attended, that we were already tired of waiting and that we had arrived first and with reservation, she became offended, mistreated us and screamed, wanting to send us to sit in an armchair while she I did other things. It was too much disrespect and abuse. Some extra things that were problematic: The bathrooms used to be dirty. We requested towels since they had not given us and when we asked for them the response was like everything else: wait a while and I'll give them to you. We are still waiting for them. The hostel is in the red zone of Santiago, it is not a very good place. Unlike any other hostel, they do not give you a key to the entrance to be able to arrive at your time and get around, you will depend on the receptionist to open the door for you if you arrive later than she keeps open (she does not answer the phone). Unlike any other hostel you will not be able to wait at the reception until check-in time, when we arrived in the morning and wanted to wait the remaining hours there was no one at the reception and when we called the phone they told us that we had to leave, and When we asked the check-in time, the person who attended us told us directly that if we preferred, we should go to another hostel, without any interest in maintaining our reservation or complying with its terms. The floor upstairs creaks very loudly and the walls do not have any sound insulation. You hear everything. The room was barely 4m2 where the bed would hopefully fit. No windows and no ventilation. In summary. Do not go.
