Decent hotel in the middle of tourist spot. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes of the walk. Management needs to pay attention and do need to do some renovation. For the price point and overall experienced was good.

I was in this hotel in November 2023 for over 10 days. The location is imaculate CENTRAL if you prefer being a tourist targeted by the Turkish ripp-off sales people and reastaurant owners, like: Come for dinner here Mister - No, I already had one... HAVE ANOTHER ONE, the Turks have no brakes. The rooms are 1000Lira per night, and BE AWARE that this hotel has ROOMS WITHOUT WINDOWS facing the sky - but some horrific dark hall. So, ask them for a room with the normal window with DAILY LIGHTS AND FRESH AIR - as I am claustrophobic, this worked. The rooms are not the newest, nor showers (tails) but for the price, it is bearable. The size of the rooms (I sow a few) are also not big, but for a coulple for a few days its OK. The service was pleasant and visible they are trying: as THERE IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THIS 1000 T. LIRA PER DAY/NIGHT, AND BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT! Every morning from 07-10AM they cook something newish, tasty, SOUPS, HOME-MADE CAKES, eggs in variety of wasy... gosh, I got now hungry. Not bad for few days if you are not choosy, you don't need to impress any one, but only to overnight and hit the road in vast Istambul offer.

Good place to stay at a reasonable price with breakfast. This hotel is near to sirkici metro station and all amenities. You can access an additional sea ferry and tram transport within 10 to 15 minutes.

Lovely staff and a great choice for the location and the price. Every day we had different breakfast choices, with fruit juices , coffee, tea, milk and cake/cookies. The staff speaks english.

Nothing was good about the hotel. Bed had bedbugs and sobt trust the staff if they promise you anything qith tour room reservation. Breakfast was horrible and same served everyday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
