        A nice resort and probably the best beach we have ever been on and the pool is not very big and not as deep as we would like. If you want great pictures taken see Angel the staff photographer, he is a super nice guy and takes amazing pictures. I also want to say a big thank you to Alberto who waited on us every morning on the upper level of the buffet. Every room has a fridge but nothing in it. I am used to having a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks. Over all we had a great time and would return.

        This place is terrible. They’re so called “All inclusive hotel” is trash. No vegetarian options are available. The rooms are also terrible, the fridge and door knobs are rusted. The toilet is in a 3 ft long room with a door, the shower is out in the open of the room and it’s covered by frosted glass and you can see through the glass; not that much but it’s a bit see through. The “All inclusive hotel” has no room service, the restaurants are full every holiday, which is when most people come to this hotel, that means that you practically have nothing to eat. This hotel is so pathetic that they don’t even give you bottled water. The employees that work there are really rude too. The hotel requires you to pay 400$ per night which is pathetic if they don’t give you a water bottle worth 1$ . I just want to end this review saying please don’t go to this hotel it’s a waste of 400$ per night. Please go to a different hotel.

        The hotel is simple. The food is ok. The location is what makes this place great. You walk onto the beach easily. It's also very affordable. The bad: Our room was dirty when we arrived. I got sick the first night after eating a burger. I found a long white hair on my bathroom towel. Check in took about 45 minutes in line(the couple in front was having a problem). When I reported this to management the representative didn't seem to care. I don't like to complain but I wanted to let them know about the food just in case others were reporting similar experiences. The good: Many of the staff are friendly. The location is great. The Maya Cafe has nice coffee options. They had a Mexican Night and the Mariachi music was great.

        Very nice experience. Every night is a show and every night you can reserve dinner at one of the restaurants at either Maya or Azteca. The restaurants try to differentiate what they offer from the buffet food based on the theme (Italian, Mexican, Asian, etc. ) The beach is right there if you have a room at the closer buildings or about 10 minutes at the further building. Overall recommended and the staff was kind and did their best to accommodate you.

        I have been a member for 10 yrs this is my last yr and will not be renewing. This time has been very different than last times, and has made it easier to make the decision not to renew. The snack bar used to be great, now is a joke, they only make fries certain times of the day, chicken fingers only certain times of the day, pizza is mostly red sauce and that's it, no toppings, after waiting forever then you realize there is no more coming, and when it does come out you better be ready go push in or you are not getting any. Thank god for sum of the great worker and great beach here.
