My wife and I recently enjoyed a two-night stay in a suite at Viyana Boutique after our wedding. The experience was excellent, featuring a seamless check-in and an exceptionally comfortable room. The staff thoughtfully surprised us by allowing us to light the oil lamp and provided complementary chocolates. The hotel's convenient location, with a short distance to Kandy city, allowed for a pleasant evening walk around the magical Kandy lake. The delicious food and professional/friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Viyana Boutique for a memorable and comfortable retreat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The scenic view from the hotel is breathtaking, complemented by the friendly staff who greeted me warmly every time. The food surpassed expectations, especially when enjoyed with the best view in town. The rooms were not only clean but also spacious, offering great value for money. Located just a short walk from the Kandy Palace of the Sacred Tooth Relic and The hotel's friendly staff, clean rooms, and relaxing amenities make it an ideal base for your Kandy adventure and staying. While parking can be a challenge, the hotel's overall positive aspects far outweigh this minor inconvenience.

This place looks amazing. But unfortunately due to lack of staff members some food options are not available. Mains were delicious. But the soups were horrible. This place has potential since the location is nice and cozy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
