        Central location and that’s about it. No real reception or person to talk to. No hot water for 1 day with no explanation other than they are working on fixing it. Place is dirty, completely ignored our email requests for checking in 1h early and to top it all overcharged our credit card without providing invoice, receipt or anything of that sort. When we asked why we were charged more than the agreed amount the response was ”the charges are correct”. There are many nicer places to stay in Prague, best to avoid this one.

        Absolutely disgusting!! This hotel is infested by silver tail/silver fish and they don't seem to care at all. The silver tails/silver fish were all over the place, and for those who don't know, they tend to destroy furniture and clothing. We tried to contact management regarding this issue and they seemed to not care at all. They let us switch rooms, but that room was right next door to the previous one and was even worse than the first one. During our second day we could even hear people in our previous room which means they don't seem to care about this infestation at all. Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights, but we left and found a new hotel that was much nicer. Thankfully they were willing to refund us for the last night, but that was after I made around 5 phone calls and finally got to speak to a manager. We were going to leave after the first night, but the manager gave us 20 minutes to check out which was not enough time for us to pack up and leave. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

        Very happy with the apartment that we were staying in. It was comfortable, clean, the air conditioning was working well and a really good amount of space to move around and had almost all that we needed. I would suggest adding a few more utensils, a box of tissues and maybe a daily change of towels. Other than that, it was really good. It was very close to most tourist spots, shops, restaurants, the metro station was just a few steps away and the there was a tram station nearby as well. The location was really ideal for us. We would not hesitate to book with VN3 Terraces or would love to try other Prague Residences properties

        This apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s bright and roomy and the location is great. The downside was that the rain shower formed a puddle on the floor as the drainage wasn’t very suitable for this type of shower. Because of this issue, there was also a fair bit of mould on the grout and even the wall. And the bedroom door scraped on the floor so you couldn’t actually properly close it. Those are minor details however, everything else was great.

        The appartment is extremely nice, will come back again. And the people at the reception loves to help you, very kind and helpful staff. Even a cleaning lady was helpful when we wanted to put our code to get in. Awesome location.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
