The service was great! This review has nothing to do with the staff. The hotel itself is not going to age well. It seems to have been built with cheap but expensive looking materials. The rooms are small. The AC doesn't stay on. Everyone will hear your business on the toilet as well.

I was given a nice room on a high floor. I like how environmentally friendly they are. It’s the first time I’ve seen a hotel that provides such nice glass water bottles to refill throughout your stay. There are water fountains in the hallway. The bathroom and hotel are nice and modern, which is the style I like when choosing a hotel. I had to miss breakfast because an early tour and have breakfast included in my room. The receptionist was nice enough to set aside a to go bag of pastry and fruit to take with me. I didn’t give him much notice, so very appreciative of his effort.

Nice hotel. Room includes refrigerator, usb outlets, kettle, and one bath robe. Friendly staff. Valet parking is actually less than parking at Wilson’s lot next door, but still expensive. Water bottle refill station on every floor. Good view of Sky Tower.

A disappointing experience. Supposedly five star, but had dirty sheets, dirty glassware AND stemware, surfaces not wiped down, no replacement water, no coffee machine (instant coffee, c'mon), and a giant construction site outside (kiss that sleep-in goodbye). I've gone to pour a glass of bubbles, but to my surprise I find brown sludge in my glass. I get them replaced, but then notice the water glasses are also dirty. I place them out the next day (not wanting to cause a fuss), but housekeeping put them back in the bathroom (of all places). Pulled the dirty sheets out, but they remade the bed with them still included. The facilities are nice to look at, but have been let down with some really really basic things like good housekeeping and basic additions. Edit. I eventually took the glasses downstairs to reception to get them replaced. The lady at the counter apologised and said that what had happened was not up to their standards. She committed to having new glasses sent up ASAP and gave me 500 points for my troubles. It's now two days later and I still don't have any glassware or stemware. The dirty sheets also haven't been changed and fingerprints/marks remain on a number of surfaces. I honestly baffled - truly awful housekeeping.

The room was nice & good views. Windows were quite dirty, which was noticeable when trying to enjoy views. Breakfast was good, but hot foods were only lukewarm. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but nothing about it has me wanting to go back. I would choose a different option next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
