Check in was terrific considering we had used 3rd parties to book our rooms, added dates and a second and then third reservation! Angie was phenomenally patient and kind. She gets a huge 5 star review. The rooms were roomy and clean. The water station was broken so I had to go to other floors to refill water bottles but other than that no complaints at all! Oh and the view of the river and convinces to Michigan avenue and other attractions were perfect.

Nice hotel in downtown area. Close to everything. Nicely renovated rooms, good coffee machine inside to make some coffee in the morning. Nice and clean shower, sink in the bathroom a little bit weird to be honest, faucet is about 1 inch long, there is no chance to wash your hands and no splash water around

Location is perfect... But very unprofessional hotel. They steal your money and give you a hard time to get it back. They charged me the double and even admitted it but they never gave me my money back. Breakfast is cold. Coffee is cold. Rooms were not properly cleaned.. the tissue boxes were soaken wet from previous guests.

I just received the worst customer service experience ever from your Chicago Downtown location! I checked in at this hotel approximately 4:30PM Friday November 17th MY capital one credit card was charged $478.33, ran into a problem with y’all system it wasn’t showing the charge was authorized but they Told me to swipe it again, I won’t be charged again it will just put the card info on my account. I was given a key, now I don’t know if I mentioned I had my nine year old daughter with me by the way. We’re in our room sleeping I get a call at 2am from one of your employees by the name of Sam is the name I was given accusing me of not paying my hotel bill and that I need to come and pay or I would have to leave the room! At 2am in the morning your staff was completely negligent and didn’t communicate the situation properly and cause me to be inconvenienced and mistreated. I was so angry I left the room early at approximately 2:45am and still was charged $347.57 will not be booking ever again I recommend others to be mindful when they do!

Rooms are quite nice, beds comfortable. Pretty good downtown location, some of the facilities are not great. A bunch of the water machines were broken, pool was pretty cold, aircon/heater was the loudest thing on earth. Which would be big problem in the summer

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
