Location is great! Located within close proximity of all the main areas in Edinburgh, yet the place is relatively on a quiet street. For the rooms, We liked the view of the rooms and the relative coziness, but room for improvement on the heating. Staff were friendly and welcoming! There is street parking right outside the hotel but beware to look for the right lots and not those marked with permit holder. The next nearest would be q park which is relatively further.

This hotel is a great stay for your visit to Edinburgh. Aimee the manager was fantastic and took care of our every need. The rooms are well sized, however do need a little updating. The only downside to this hotel is that it’s at the top of a hill, so be prepared to hike uphill every time you come back to your room. Overall I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Edinburgh.

For one night only this was a great choice, breakfast was good also and the staff was great. the room was good clean with nice comfortable bedding. A nice old style hotel with quite modern comforts. I would certinly book this place again because of the quality and great hospitality. I am sure this hotel has a great view in the summer months.

Location is fantastic - not too far a walk from new town, just in the shadow of Calton Hill. The welcome was wonderful - I was early but they were able to check me in, so I could dump my bags in the hotel & spend the day in the city. Room was wonderful & huge - I had a premium upgrade due to being Platinum Elite so I was really impressed. Excellent facilities too, and really cosy. When checking out the team remembered what I had mentioned the day before about my company party, asked me about how I found the venue and made me feel genuinely happy & valued to be a customer of the hotel. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts! Will definitely be back..

I am very satisfied with this hotel! The location is excellent, and the surroundings are quiet and safe. I arrived at the hotel around 6:00 PM on November 29th. The front desk staff was very welcoming; they were two extremely lovely ladies and very patient. They helped me check in quickly, and they also assisted in coordinating my room. As this trip was my graduation journey, I also received graduation blessings. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the names of the two front desk staff members. I just tried calling to inquire about their names, but couldn't get through. I hope the two beautiful ladies can see my review. Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
