Amazing first stay! We stayed in room 801 for the night and it was the most relaxed I’ve felt in a hotel room for such a long time. The interior is amazing, the views are great and the bed is so comfortable. Such nice little touches in the room too including the cans of water and Lor coffee pots. Everywhere we wanted to go was a 10 minute walk away which was great, fab location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and will be returning when we next visit Manchester!

Front desk very pleasant and accommodating. Traveling with a Deaf person. Pleasantly surprised to find deaf alarm clock in room, although we did not at first identify it as such. Maybe an explanation sheet with instructions would help. But it was apparent the hotel had done their work in how to support the deaf community. Kudos for that! Restaurant food was good, especially breakfast. Also, as Americans, did not understand the concept of leaving key card in slot by door. Might need instructions on that as well. Definitely would stay there again, and would recommend to deaf friends traveling to that area.

I liked the room and the location. Breakfast was good as well. Very helpful and accommodating front desk. Overall experience was nice. I would suggest to have a conversation with the guests before they leave so that the feedback could be provided on spot.

Fantastic NYC themed hotel. Lovely, clean rooms with comfy beds. Great working space downstairs with access to the bar which was run by very friendly staff. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and upgraded us to a suite free of charge. Great location and definitely worth the price as a treat stay!

Went for a meeting on 9th floor. Great venue. Looks like a nice hotel and world definitely stay if I was staying over in Manchester. Very clean, close to town with a trendy bar and American menu. Food cooked in the restaurant for our meeting meal...the hot cookies were something else! Recommended

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
