First time at the Voco Hotel and a great experience throughout. Excellent location in the centre of Riyadh, plenty of parking available, so no issues driving around looking for a space. The hotel is well laid out and the conference suites are one of the best I have seen for some time. Nicely organised meeting rooms, quiet and snacks were fresh and changed regularly. Buffet lunch was excellent too. Well laid out with plenty of choice and plenty of food. I will look forward to my next visit
I stayed here before so this is my second time. Honestly I was a bit disappointed. I had my family with me and I booked two rooms. They couldn't find adjacent rooms so they gave us rooms close to each other but the view was disappointing. The service was great. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable
First off, the hotel is beautiful and rooms are fantastic. Stylish, new hotel situated in a great location. My issue with this hotel is what is either dishonesty or incompetence of the finance office. I stayed there for one night in November while on business. The reservation was made by my company and was being paid for by the company. On check-in I was asked for my personal CC for incidentals, which is normal. On departure, the rooms (there were several of us) were all paid by the company rep that was with us. After departure, however, I was also charged in full for the room on my personal CC. When contacted about the error, the hotel claimed that I "no-showed" when I was obviously there. To date, no amount of discussion with the hotel between myself or the company has been able to convince them otherwise.
