        We as resident have no choice but to accept the “little napoleon” tricks from our management. During purchase, we understand that there will be 4 lift for house & carpark, however in actual, we have only 3 lift for house & 2 lift for carpark. Even though then turn on lesser lift, they still turning on the power saver mode, which only 2 lift is functioning at all time. During the morning and after working hour, the lift is super congested and management doesn’t give a s**t. There are so many unacceptable things and the official platform to raise this concern is not useful at all, thus I am writing here to warn future buyer, as the management can’t delete comment here.

        Fantastic location next to Mercu 3, Abdullah Hukum LRT/KTM, KL Eco City Mall, link bridge to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall. The 7th floor gym and pool sit above the multi level parking. The 8th floor connects you to the 2 separate residential towers and is home to the management office and well stocked convenience store. The roof deck pool and jacuzzis on the 52nd floor and a cardio room above offer some of the better views of the city. Easy access to Bangsar, Chinatown, Brickfields, PJ, KL Sentral, and KLCC.         As a tenant staying here for almost a year. PLS DO NOT RENT, there are better condos for the expensive rent. If u do rent, this is what you have to look forward to: 1. the issues with the Lifts (Blk B) are a continuous source of frustration. Despite repeated attempts at fixing them (2 wks offline), they still cannot 100% recognize tenant cards (wld estimate 50% success rate). This not only leads to daily inconveniences but also raises safety concerns. A tenant card not being recognized can lead to a delay of 2-5 minutes every day, which accumulates over time to 1 hr/month, causing inconvenience, especially for long-time residents. God forbid u have to rush to a hospital.... - The solution proposed, to exit the lift and wait for someone else to call it, is ridiculous and could potentially be problematic in emergency situations. - should just stop the (failing) passcard recognition 2. the practice of fumigating into the lobby is concerning. The fumes from these treatments, conducted approximately every week, are vented into the lobby, lifts, and the building's air conditioning system. This not only makes for an uncomfortable environment but also poses potential health risks, particularly to infants and those with respiratory issues. 3. Gym ceiling was caved in but fixed but now there is only 1 working treadmill out of 3. Again these are facilities covered under expensive rent

        Located directly opposite mid valley and even provide regular shuttle to mid valley. Superb infinity pool on 52 floors, u can probably get the best view as it cover almost 360 degree.

        Lived here for over a year now. Things keep improving. They decorate the place, beautify it and generally keep it clean and nice. The security guards are always nice and smiling, so are cleaning staff. It’s all good, however the condo itself is in a commercial area, so don’t expect a neighborhood feel. But it’s very convenient transportation and the grocery and malls are nearby.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
