Would come again and highly recommend. Owners/staff were amazing, so personable, attentive and helped with EVERYTHING (review with us best foods and shops to go to, booking tours, booking transportation for anything.. etc) they were always there for you! In person and by WhatsApp. We also shared some exciting news and they decorated our room during room cleaning when we were out. I will never forget it, thank you to the owners for making a special day even more special with us. 🙌🏼 Great location - super close walk to markets and old quarter, cute pool, clean, good breakfast variety offering egg station and noodle station. Will definitely come back here if ever visiting hoi an.

Our best hotel in Vietnam, helped us with everything! They helped us arrange transportation to and from airport (cheaper than grab), day trips, tailor and even arranged sandwiches for us when we were leaving the hotel early to get to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved sitting on the balcony, lots of options for breakfast and in the perfect location Thank you!

The staff are so sweet and caring! I’d book again to receive their service. The hotel is quite small, more personalized service with 13 rooms, 4 floors with an elevator. Breakfast was a nice variety for such a small hotel), and I loved that they make the eggs (however you want), Cao Lau, or pho in the tiny kitchen. There’s a poll with running water sound on the main floor, bikes for a small rent fee, and balconies off each room (or at least the front facing rooms). I would give this hotel a 3 rating for the trash smell in my room (I think it was trash day the next day and my room may have been right next to that room) but the staff were so sweet, I’m giving this an overall rating if 4 stars

Really lovely place. The location is perfect - only a few minutes walk away from the busy, central part of Hoi An but far enough to be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's a very walkable area and you can rent bicycles at the front if need be. The rooms were spotless, really comfortable, and bigger than I expected. Genuine family-style service to top it all off. I had a fantastic time staying here and I would do so again and again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
