        First of all l, please teach Front desk staff how to communicate with guests. They don't even know basic details of Hotel rooms. Reception staff should be train well too. Hospitality training should be provided to avoid any hassle in future. 4 star hotel must come with standard treat as well. Your Door man and security guard, whom I believe not Malaysian can able to give great Hospitality. Thanks

        It was a business trip with large group's, our first time here and we found the both check in and check out was too slow. Had few difficulties during check in, where one of the room was assigned to other people and given key to us. We had to change room again for that issue. The room was spacious but lighting inside the room very dim which was not so preferred by us. The welcome drink and indulgence was good. The check out process was totally unacceptable, we were given wrong invoice which we repeatedly had to ask for corrections. Other than that, parking was provided and spacious. Front desk to be honest need to speed up their work especially when dealing with large groups.

        We did Annual Dinner for our staff on 6/1/2024. We were very disappointed with the food and service for the event. Firstly the menu that we requested was not followed even though we made the amendment . We discussed with the Person in charge Ms.R approximately 2 months before the event. Hence we were served with Beef salad although we strictly said NO BEEF. The fish dan chicken DISHES was not defrost properly before cook. The fish was not fresh and it has an overpowering fishy smell. Moreover, the manager in charge for the event, was not around on the event day. So I am very disappointed with the service and shocked as the hotel is not handling it professionally. I will not recommend this hotel for event. It's not worth the penny.

        My 2nd visit to this hotel. Staying for 3D2N. This visit was a disappointment. This hotel lacks maintenance. Hotel hallway, carpet looks dirty and the wall looks kinda old. Soundproof of the rooms was bad, you could hear people walking at the hallway or next door TV sound. Cleaniness is an issue too, obviously the cleaner are not doing their job well. I also did show them the picture and told them to clean it up on the 2nd day, sadly no action was taken. Toilet bowl is not working properly is not flushing down properly, happened to me on the 2nd day and 3rd day. Room is kinda dim. Breakfast selection and taste is another disappointment as a 4 Stars Hotel. Air Cond is a hit or miss kinda thing, could be very cold or just alright. Parking is challenging. Location is good thou. This hotel does not worth price and stars.

        Rooms just mediocre , toilet has smell ... which is not good. Room is spacious , toiletries so little .. for 2 pax they only give 1 small tube of shampoo and 1 small tube of body wash. Receptionist is very friendly . Location very good because next to gleneagles hospital .
