Loved my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety. The Skybar was a real treat with its amazing views and ambiance. Staff were incredibly hospitable, making the stay very comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Well designed high tech modern hotel in the heart of Plaza de España. We've stayed here on 3 separate occasions over the past 13 months, very quickly became our favorite place to stay while in Madrid. Their rooms are very well appointed, functional and comfortable. Service is excellent and their breakfast is super good!

Good products , good service, good location. I would like to especially commend on the staff service. In particular, Miguel from the concierge service was very helpful and recommended good dinner locations and helped us to book and provide directions to the restaurant. Also, if you have time, visit the Sky Bar next to the hotel which provides good tapas with cocktails which accompanies the good view!

I was super disappointed!!! This hotel is a 5* for a joke! We went during summertime tempted with this great swimming pool and spa. All was a joke! We asked about the pool… right when we arrived at the reception if we should book the chairs and what are the opening hours. I remind it was a summer time! The stuff looked at us and informed us the pool is covered to have more space for a bar!!! We booked this hotel to chill on the pool! Well… our rooms were not better… we were placed in a kind of container tower over a bar! You were not able to sleep at night as there was a party all the time! Next day we asked again about the pool. We were offered free breakfasts and… we don’t eat breakfasts so… we were offered free drinks at the roof top of Ginko bar… another joke… not possible to book a table as all was booked! So we got 24h entrance to spa… sorry… another joke… We tried to go with the elevator as there was spa button but… it was there for a joke! You needed to go with some other entrance as the elevator will not take you there! The jacuzzi had such a hot water it was impossible to sit inside… and who wants a hot tube during summer? The last point was this waterfall sculpture… but as we were on the other floor you needed to ask the staff to take you there. After 2 days we asked booking to change our hotel for a one with a pool and less drama. I would recommend to avoid this hotel. For me this was only en expensive joke. PS dear hotel do not lie the Poole was opened!!! Booking called you and confirmed it’s closed this is why they change a hotel for us with a pool! Maybe stop lying! I sent you emails that you reply on my Facebook that you do not have opening day! So… please don’t lie to your clients…

Amazing Hotel, I had a wonderful stay as everything was perfect in the hotel and what made it ever better are the staff, they are really keen to help, I don’t really like writing the name of the staff but Jose Carlos was there at all time to assist. 👍🏻 best hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
