        It was a late checkout, and when I asked to take a shower on my way out and to buy toiletries, they refused once. But after that, they brought a towel and a set of amenities to my room. And it was free of charge. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

        We were disappointed by the rude attitude of the front desk staff. This reservation, which we checked out on October 1 at about 4:30 am, was for 2 people. Then the son of staying the guests who went to the front desk together to help two parents check out. When the front desk staff lady saw there of us at the reception counter at around 4:30am, she reacted with something like we were 3 people staying in a room for 2, and showed a sign of laughing attitude. That was extremely rude. We consider it natural for a son who is not staying at the hotel to help an elderly parents with their luggage and with their check out processes. So I felt that it was extremely rude and disappointing that the female staff treated our family. Although we arrived at the hotel just before check-out and helped our parents check-out, but treated as if we were "3 guests staying in a room for 2".

        Good view by the lake, service is good, the room is big enough, comfortable bed, but it' quite old and the price is pretty high for a 4 star hotel, there're some restaurants and convenient srores near by with walking distance
