Stayed here during and after the F1 and it's a good as it gets. The hotel is stunning, we were here 9 years ago when it was the Viceroy and it's not changed. The rooms are spacious and very well designed, the staff are courteous and do a fantastic job, especially the cleaners who are outstanding, the place is immaculate and we know as we are in hospitality ourselves. Dinning is excellent at breakfast, great food with plenty of choice, service yet again is outstanding. There is nothing really to fault at W and we will be coming back again and again. Thank you

1. **Navigation Issues:** - Two towers with separate elevators led to confusion. In and out. - Extensive walks made it feel like a maze, potentially challenging for guests with mobility issues. 2. **Lack of Homely Feel:** - Sleek and modern ambiance lacked a cozy comfort. - Rooms felt more like a temporary stop than a home away from home. 3. **Reservation Disappointment:** - Despite requesting 2 double beds, received 2 singles. Not enough for a family! - Not family-friendly as promised, impacting the overall experience. 4. **Pet-Friendly, Not Allergy-Friendly:** - Pet-friendly policy might be an issue for those with allergies. 5. **Breakfast Disappointment:** - Morning breakfast not deemed worth it. 6. **Overall Impression:** - Hotel offers an impressive environment. - Navigational and atmospheric challenges exist. - Suitable for those prioritizing a central and convenient location over a homely atmosphere.

Very good place BUT! I stayed here for three nights and EVERY NIGHT around 11 pm very loud music starts from the beach side until god knows when . Writing this @ 2 AM my son woke up from the noise and freaked out wont go back to sleep👎🏼:))) and my husband slept wearing earplugs .. other than that the place is perfect

It’s a beautiful place to live and explore Yas Island. The only hotel built on the F1 circuit! The wet deck on top is an amazing place to chill and relax with you loved ones, be it for a swim, or late dinner and drinks. The breakfast is top notch, with so many options and live stations. The hotel itself has a very glamorous look and feel to it, loved our stay there.

I did not stay at the W hotel but went to the Wet Deck several times with my daughter-in-law. I just want to say what fantastic staff they have at the Wet Deck. The kindest and friendliest people I have met who went above and beyond for us to make our time there a memorable experience. I am headed back to Canada tomorrow but I have fantastic memories of the Wet Deck at the W Abu Dhabi. Also thanks to the valet parking attendants who were so polite and always smiling. I cannot wait to come back!!
