        I expected a 4-5 star hotel for being a “W” in the Marriott Collection. The restaurant was pathetic. Bar not open. Called room service at 1:30 pm to get a couple drinks and a kids meal and they couldn’t handle an order. No heated pool. No spa, no jacuzzi, no sauna, honestly very disappointed in this Marriott. I brought my family down to Atlanta to have an amazing experience and the only thing the hotel brought was location but plenty of places here have that. The restaurant, bar, spa, and overall the idea of what makes a 4-5 star hotel needs an overhaul. Super sad to be here! Had two rooms reserved!

        I would like to share what a wonderful stay we enjoyed this past weekend for my daughter's wedding. I cannot speak highly enough of the front desk staff, the hospitality staff, and the valet service. We were welcomed graciously, greeted quickly, and treated wonderfully. I want to give a special recognition to the men who worked the valet service. I would give them 5 Stars ALL DAY! We had numerous family members, including my elderly parents, staying in several rooms, along with other family and friends staying in the Atlanta area that were assisted REPEATEDLY throughout our 3 days at all hours of the day and night. The valets couldn't have been kinder, swifter, or more helpful! My daughter and new son-in-law appreciated your kindnesses, too. We had an opportunity to speak with several of them during our stay and they were engaging, personable, and went out of their way (even in the rain) to get us out of our vehicles and into the hotel quickly and without too much disruption to all the other guests coming and going. You made what could have been a very stressful visit much more relaxed and we are so very grateful. And I can only say with the SEC Championship Game being played in Atlanta Saturday I know you were prepping for a busy day - we appreciate your attention to detail!

        The fall of a Mecca in my opinion. This location has been open for years. I remember 15 years ago coming here with my mother to go to the spa. It was so beautiful. Now, when I stayed here, the refrigerator was absolutely filthy. I wouldn’t touch anything in it, especially for a overpriced soda. The coffee pods are probably from 2007, don’t get me wrong, all hotels have to get old at some point. All hotels have to fall off at some point but to be 100% honest, The has had better days. The bar downstairs is nice and the lobby and common areas are cool, but the rooms are “meh” for 2024 standards, which in Atlanta are sky high. The design of the rooms are nice, but walking to a room at “THE W” as hyped up as it is, I at least expect my room to be clean

        Location has nothing around it and you really don’t feel that safe at night. It’s close to the highway and it’s better to stay in midtown. Staff was friendly and gave me an upgrade. However, the room was old and not clean. The carpeting was coming up, there was a hair in the sink, the faucet had rust on it. Furniture had chipped veneer and the lights were harsh white LED. It needs major refurbishment. The worst part was when I stripped the bed in the morning, and while the sheets had been changed, the mattress cover hadn’t and there was a dried urine stain. I checked out right afterwards and while I had a note from the management, they didn’t reply to my complaint. I should have take a pic of the bedding but did the other things that were relatively minor. A red hair in the sink just means they didn’t clean it. Food was good but overpriced and the portions were very small.

        We had a great stay at the W! The front desk staff was super accommodating when we arrived early. Overall, we found the hotel to be stylishly decorated, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was also great - a safe walk to Atlanta Breakfast Club and the Mercedes Benz stadium!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
