        I liked the location of this W hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed here for NYE 2023. The party was decent. They offer no refunds if a member in your party can not make it. So please be mindful of that. Also, there is not 1 chair anywhere in the party area. So, you can't rest your feet at all night. You have to stand to eat your food and drink your drinks too. Be mindful of that too. Wish I had known in advance. I was glad I had a room in the hotel once I found this out. When the clock was about to strike midnight, there was very little fan fare. If you were not looking at the projector screen you missed it. That defeated the purpose of the whole event in my opinion. The countdown should have been a big deal. Also, I paid for VIP. Great! However, ppl who did not pay for VIP were still able to enjoy VIP drinks. Wish I had known that in advance too. The elevators took a while to arrive, even when there was no party going on. I did appreciate the early check in and late check out that came with the NYE package. Overall, it was not a bad experience, I'm just happy I know somethings now.

        My recent experience with the W Hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The outdated appearance and poor cleanliness, including damages, stains, mold, and a broken mirror, were immediate red flags. Despite the manager's friendliness, the overall quality did not align with the W Hotel's standards. Opting for a nearby Marriott, which was in better condition and at the same price, seemed like the right decision. What added to the frustration was the reluctance of both the W and Marriott to cancel the reservation, charging us for a night we didn't use. The process of contacting Marriott and speaking to two W staff members was unhelpful and aggravating. As a longtime Marriott member, the lack of consideration was especially disappointing. Expecting better commitment to brand reputation.

        The hotel staff was amiable and welcoming and the beds were comfortable but the hotel experience was lacking overall because the hotel has seen better days, it was quite run-down looking. My low rating is mainly because we were there specifically for a NYE party, which was an incredible letdown. We paid extra for VIP tickets because the advertising said that with early admission, we'd be more likely to get a table but when we arrived there were no tables. I don't mean there were no tables available I mean there were literally no tables anywhere at the event. So that's a bait and switch if ever I saw one. The DJ was good and the top-shelf bourbon was Angel's Envy so not bad however, unless you plan to drink non-stop for 4 hours the event is a waste of money. We would have had a far more enjoyable evening if we'd gone down to the bar where you could still hear the music clearly, and where we could have had a table and paid for our drinks individually and I would have saved money because there is no way I'd have consumed $145 worth of alcohol. I had 2 drinks all night. Very disappointing NYE experience.

        The location is great and the staff was really nice. Room service was fast and delicious. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. The mattresses are way too firm for any level of comfort, you could feel the bumps in the subfloor through the carpet, and the lighting was insanely dim. Even with every light in the room on in the evening it was pretty dark in there. I wouldn't stay again based on those issues, but will emphasize that location and service are great if you can live with the issues for the price.

        Nice stay in Chicago City Center. Booked through the Bonvoy app for a one night stay and was worried about the room based on the other Google Reviews, but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, was a good size, and well appointed (there was a desk with a chair). There were plenty of lights, so I don’t know why other people in the reviews were complaining about the room being dark. The bed want the most comfortable ever, but was fine for our one night stay. We didn’t have hot water, but we called the front desk and they sent someone up and after running it a few extra minutes it started working. Parked at the parking garage they recommend less than a block away. The Willis Tower is around the corner.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
