        We had our welcome party and destination wedding at the W Ft Lauderdale last weekend. The service and experience were exceptional. From the moment of check in, Mark made us feel so welcome and excited to be there. Every member of the staff for our wedding went above and beyond expectations. It was a perfect day and stay! The photos are coming out amazing and we were so lucky to have such a beautiful venue.

        This should be 3 stars NOT 5 stars hotel. This is an apartment building or condominium. The lobby gives you the feeling of three stars hotel (NOT five stars). The rooms smell bad and our neighbor was smoking marijuana. I had corner room and they tried to be nice and upgraded our room but that did not change our experience. The new room has the same weird odor. The AC is noisy. I will not come again for 650 a night !! I cut my trip and moved to real 5 stars hotel nearby. I paid 450 to get ocean front corner room and they gave me a corner right above the swimming pool. The staff were nice but the treatment is not like real 5 stars hotel. I am comparing to nearby 5 stars and 4 stars hotel. The rooms are old. Again it does not give 5 star luxurious hotel feeling. It is more like an apartment building.

        Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Our room was really nice view clean and all of staff were welcoming including valet people.It seems like little big and chaotic vibe but I enjoyed staying here esp swimming pool and Sensational, Studio, 1 King, Oceanfront, High floor, Balcony.

        High expectation....poor delivery! My experience at the W of Ft Lauderdale was not what I expected from a 4 star establishment. I had a short stay at the W from Jan 5-7 2024. Upon arrival, I waited almost 30 min to get to my room due to issues with elevator. Only 1 out 3 elevators were working during my stay. There were no signs posted to alert customers of an elevator outage or issues & upon check in, the front desk failed to inform me. If I would have known, I would have requested a room on a lower level or cancelled the reservation altogether. God forbid I had a medical emergency on the 20th floor during my stay! That was unacceptable! Next, the cleanliness of my room was totally unacceptable. Dirty towels, stained/soiled. Dirty bedding with the mattress cover and foam pad covered with all types of stains of unimaginable fluids. The balcony floor was covered in dirt & grit. It was pretty obvious that balcony had not been swept or cleaned in weeks! Saturday morning after taking note of the balcony & soiled bedding, I sent my concerns & complaints to two managers of the hotel. I then notified the front desk. The gentleman at the front desk offered a $100 credit & I declined because that doesn't resolve the issue for my stay and for future guests. I asked to speak with a manager about these issues but my name was written down on a sheet of paper & I have yet to hear from a manger. Book with caution….expected much better from this establishment!

        I recently had the opportunity to stay at the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While Mark at check-in provided excellent service and was incredibly personable, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. To my dismay, the hotel had no hot water throughout the entire three-day duration of my visit. This meant enduring cold and uncomfortable showers, which not only affected my overall comfort but also raised concerns about the health and safety implications for the hotel's restaurants and facilities. Despite receiving daily emails promising that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, the hot water was only restored after we had already checked out. I couldn't help but feel strung along, as if the hotel was hoping we would stay despite the inconvenience. In hindsight, I should have sought accommodations elsewhere. When it came time to settle the bill, I discovered that we had been charged for bar fees, despite having closed out our tabs with a credit card and not charging anything to the room. I have since opened a ticket to dispute these charges, as they were clearly erroneous. The W hotel used to be synonymous with luxury, but this experience has been one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. It is disheartening to see such a decline in the quality of service and amenities. I initially requested compensation for the inconveniences we faced and was only offered 25,000 reward points, which seemed insufficient. Eventually, they provided a total credit of $300 for our stay, which fell short of the $400+ per night rate we paid. Overall, I cannot recommend the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale based on my recent experience.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
