Not enough words to explain the outstanding and unforgettable experience I had at this hotel. The rooms are not only comfortable and modern but also offer spectacular views. The breakfast is a delightful experience, and the hotel's prime location near main attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants which is a plus. From the moment I arrived, the staff left a lasting impression. The welcoming doormen ushered me to the Check-in desk, where the receptionists went out of their way to explain every detail about this fantastic hotel. Special mention goes to Flora, who did an exceptional job during my check-in. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Wet Deck, where the drinks were great, the service was amazing, and the beautiful pool offered stunning views. I regret not remembering the names of every staff member, but I would like to express my gratitude to the crew at the Wet Deck, including Frankie and Emma, who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, and I wholeheartedly recommend and look forward to returning to this exceptional hotel. I must say, the only risk with this hotel is that you'll want to come back. Lastly, the view of the Petronas Towers from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful, even providing us with recommendations for our very specific food requests. Incredible atmosphere throughout the hotel too. Breakfast is delicious and there is such a wide variety. Location is perfect for venturing around KL.

We loved this vibrant hotel in the heart of the city with amazing views of the KL Tower or The Petronas Towers. Our suite fitted with touch pad switches, modern furniture and furnishings and eco friendly touches. The gym was well equipped, clubbing at WET by the pool. Buffet breakfast offering an extensive range of local and international cuisine. Staff service is outstanding especially from the lovely hostesses at the entrance to WET on Friday night, Hamzah at WET and Kayla at Flock restaurant at breakfast on Saturday, all welcoming, friendly, exceptionally pro-active and made our stay a wonderful weekend break. Will definitely be back !

WoW.. Like I’ve said before ‘ I have travelled to many hotels around the world, and by far the W chain worldwide is incredible… ‘ and my favourite. Yet again another amazing, genuine experience, service and hospitality from the team at W Kuala Lumpur. Being welcomed by a wonderful man who helped us with our baggage on arrival and on departure. Then by the beautiful Flora G at reception I would have to give her a special shout-out, she assisted throughout my stay and farewell it was such a personal and beautiful touch to excellent customer service. The whole team really go above and beyond. The staff are all wonderful and friendly always with a smile on their face, addressing you by your name always asking if there’s anything they can do :). The rooms my favourite part of the hotel! Were beautifully designed with great views. The beds very comfy. The advance digital system in the room to control the lights, temperature, blinds etc. Was modern and sophisticated. The spa was uniquely styled with great spa services, spent 2 hrs there could of spend more. The vibrancy of the hotel leaves you with the happiness vibes. I will definitely be returning. They also showed appreciation for ‘World Mental Health Day’ by lighting up the W with the green. Thank you!

Top notch service throughout the hotel - bell station, check in, restaurants, pool and pool bar, room cleaning, even the security guard service. Location is central and across the street from Petronas Towers and the Suria KLCC shopping mall, with other malls just a few more steps away. Generous rooms and excellent bathrooms. We had a P Towers view room, all the better. The breakfast buffet restaurant had a fantastic selection of food and the service team deserves 10 stars on a scale of 5. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
