        Extraordinary hotel with great party feel ambience, very clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast! excellent location with easy access to Piccadilly underground station, short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Mayfair and very close to the national gallery museum. I got upgraded to junior suite as a titanium elite member, only small issue was the heater was not working so the room got cold in the night but they sent me immediately a heater and extra blanket which solved the problem. I would def return back to this hotel again.

        As a titanium member, I really enjoyed this property. I believe this hotel is best for a solo traveler, it is very artistic and well designed. I absolutely love the room, layout, and the eccentric nature of them. Plenty, full amenities, and a very nice countertop space. The beds are extremely comfortable, and a very interesting TV set up. I absolutely love this room, I didn’t want to even leave it. The hotel itself is very clean and very fun. It’s best for a solo or couple. Not really a family hotel. My only complaint is the noise level from outside, but that’s outside of the hotels control. Many people blaring music in the streets below. I would absolutely come back here, and strongly recommend it, especially if you love modern hotels right is the center of the action.

        I don’t tend to write hotel reviews although I do travel quite a lot, far less write one while I am still there. Location and nice clean modern rooms are sure offered and this can surely be found elsewhere in the same budget. But their customer service is out of this world. Its really in the details and makes you feel exactly what a hotel should, like at home pampered by family. Two examples: a) have family breakfast and my niece asks for mash mellows to accompany her hot chocolate. Kind lady says that she will check and comes back saying that unfortunately none is available. We go out on our tour and when we come back in the room we find mash mellows on our table with a note to my niece that we heard that you like them and please enjoy :-) b) go for a drink in the hotel bar and we also ask for a bottle of water. The waiter bring it along with glasses full of ice. We ask if he can take the ice off as we all were with sore throats. He comes back with the rest of our order bringing glasses of hot water with lemon to calm our throats :-) Well, W London you surely won our hearts !

        I chose this hotel because the one we usually stay at in London was sold out. And they are next to each other. Thaт was the reason to my stay in W London: the location for me is the best and most communicative. But I certainly won't be choosing W London again. The hotel has great staff, but it's not my style. The rooms are dark and with terracotta tiles. The sink is in the room itself. I get up early in the morning (around 5-6), but my husband likes to stay up until at least 8. To brush my teeth, I have to wake him up for sure, because the sink is literally next to his head. Our rooms were on the 4th floor and there was absolutely no street noise. The beds are super comfortable, the air conditioner is not audible at all. (I'm writing this because I usually have a problem with the noise of air conditioners in hotel rooms). Breakfast is à la carte. The breakfast waiters are really very nice and polite. The front desk staff were great too. The room was cleaned perfectly throughout all the stay. Overall, my rating for the entire staff is the highest. I rate the interior designer low.

        The W might be my favorite Marriott property to stay out. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. Room was hip and fresh and you could tell environmentally friendly with their centralized control centers. Location was in the heart of the city with easy access to most of the attractions either by walking to taking the underground. Would definitely stay here again!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
