        Our room was for sure a little tired as far as paint, wallpaper, chipped wood on cabinets etc. But the soft goods and amenities were great. I would recommend an upgrade to the balcony furniture. But Vibe checking us in at the front desk was for sure the highlight of our stay. His professional attitude, kindness and "vibe" was refreshing in this day & age where front desk charm has but been forgotten!! Thank you Vibe!!

        I had arrived for a 5 night work trip. Needless to say, I cut my stay to 1 night and will be moving to a nearby hotel. 1) The hotel is old, the decor an assault to the senses, the rooms smell old, the mattress has not been changed for decades, there is mildew on the walls in the bathroom. 2) The noise level is equivalent to me just putting a bed in the middle of the highway. 3) None of the facilities are open, the gym is closed until further notice 4) There is no room service the ONLY saving grace is the front staff, bless their hearts, they’re doing their best with a dilapidated property. It’s truly a shame and a black mark on the W brand.

        Anna and her team could not have made our stay more enjoyable. Her commitment to her team and the guest experience is unmatched by any other I have experienced at other SOBE hotels. From the moment we got to the pool Anna and her team’s attention to details may have gone overlooked by other guests, but not us. Something as small as always coming back to a dry towel is a small gesture that is both thoughtful and allowed me to feel even more relaxed. As the head of HR for a large company I can’t help but listen and observe leaders; and Anna is an amazing leader. From the moment her team members arrived she gave them clear and specific instructions to ensure an elevated guest experience. She did so with kindness and assertiveness ensuring that everyone, including the guest, were set up for the best day possible. If Anna would move to Pittsburgh I would offer her a leadership position without hesitation. She possesses skills that I struggle to teach executives. She is someone that I would have my eye on for advancement in the very near future.

        Great hotel I love coming here with my girlfriend, we come once a month from Atlanta. Front desk staff is great and housekeeping always bought me what I asked for. The pool is amazing and whenever I call in advance to let the W team know I am coming the always make sure to do something extra special for us on birthdays and events. Cant wait to see you again this month for another amazing stay...Carlton

        HOW CAN A 5 STAR HOTEL NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE!??? They should be stripped of the 5 star status! I was disappointed to find that the W hotel does not offer room service, which was unexpected for a 5-star establishment. This aspect should be addressed by the hotel management, as it affects the overall experience. Additionally, I found the service at this hotel to be lacking, with slow response times and difficulties in reaching anyone through the room phone. I believe improvements are needed in this area. Considering these factors, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you value prompt and efficient service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
