(Marriott Lifetime Platinum Member) This hotel is very nice. We stayed here for our 20th Anniversary and 1st visit to Rome. They welcomed us with chocolate in our room and a very thoughtful note in our room as well. The staff was very friendly, unlike the rest of Rome(not so much), the bellhop was courteous, the concierge(s) where amazing and helped us book and plan some our unplanned trips. The breakfast is amazing, the dinner is a bit over-priced. All said this is an amazing hotel with a great location and plenty of perks if you are a member of the Marriott reward program.

W Rome was the first stop for my wife and myself in our honeymoon. From the minute we walked in the service has been amazing. The room was very clean with nice decor and it smelled amazing! The restaurant and bar in the hotel are phenomenal! SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE! They are all so kind and really make you feel special. Giacomo was our bartender there, he went out of his way to connect us with a friend to help us around town when we got to Florence. Highly recommend to stay here for your trip to Rome!

W Rome met the expectations of the standard provided my all W properties visited to date. Location is excellent, not right in the hustle and bustle but also only a 10 minute walk from it - perfect. Welcoming, friendly, willing to assist with every need and check-in process reasonably smooth. Lobby area, swanky design and new, not the largest, but sufficient. In general the ground floor has various options, lounge bar, outside seating (during warmer times), breakfast area, lovely small coffee shop, so overall, very good. Rooms, small, but this is Rome, in saying small, plenty of space of its purpose, after all, majority of the time is spent in Rome, not in a room. Bed was excellent, so comfortable with great lines and a good pillow selection (10/10 on sleep). Lighting in the room, many options available. Wardrobe space, plenty. TV of a good size and all the refreshments and goodies, well taken care of in this department. Bathroom, single sink area, toilet, and walk in shower (rain shower) with plenty of space and some high quality products provided (shower gels, shampoo and conditioner). That rain shower is always a must, easy to control and steady temperatures (water). Breakfast area, such friendly staff, great selection of buffet and menu, all full of flavor and taste, excellent really. 100% return to the W.
